Esmeralda Calzado - Our Lead Caregiver

Esmeralda is a recent graduate of Lebanon Christian Academy. With a heart for children and experience serving in her church’s children’s ministries, she brings warmth, creativity, and faith to our daycare. Esmeralda is a gifted artist who enjoys using imagination to connect with little ones, and she deeply values friendship, both with the children and their families. Her friendly presence makes every child feel seen, safe, and loved.

Nathali Calzado - Founder & Occasional Substitute

Nathali is the heart behind Little By Little Daycare. With over 13 years of experience serving in children’s ministries, she has a deep love for children and a passion for building Christ-centered spaces where they feel safe, nurtured, and valued. Nathali holds an associate degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and she currently serves as the Administrator of Blue Mountain Christian School in Jonestown, PA. While she primarily oversees the daycare’s operations, she joyfully steps in as a substitute caregiver whenever needed, bringing her warmth, leadership, and heart for service to every child she meets.
